How much is shipping?
We ship through Canada Post. We try to keep our shipping costs as low as possible, but hat boxes are a unique size. The standard shipping rate is good for up to four hats in one box.

How do I care for my items?
If you hat or patch gets dirty, lightly sponge with cold water. Do not use a heat dryer and let air dry. The insides of the hat and sweatband can be cleaned with a mild detergent. Spot clean as needed.

Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, we do! You are able to mix hat and vegan leather hat patches. For orders over 10 items, we offer 10% off. Orders over 25 receive 15% off and orders over 50 receive 20% off. If you are placing a large order, please contact us to ensure that we have the hats you wish to order in stock.

What is your return policy?
Your order is a custom order and due to this, and hygienic reasons, all hat orders are not refundable. If you have questions about sizing, please reach out to us and we can help the best we can. If there is a manufacturing problem with your hat, let us know and we'll make it right.

How long will it take to make my order?
Processing times will vary, but we do our very best to have your order completed within 7 business days. If you need your order rushed, reach out and we can help you if possible. There many be delays if your items is not in stock.

Can you create custom patches?
You bet! Send us a message and we can either make something for you or if you can provide the SVG file. 

Do you have minimum order amount or design fee costs?
No, we don't. Whether you want one hat or 1,000, there are no additional fees. 

Do you offer local pick up?
Yes! We're located in SE Calgary. You can choose the pick up option through the checkout process.
