Refund policy

We do not offer any refund or exchange for personalized items unless it is due to a mistake that Summit Wood Design made during the creation of your piece.

If a cancellation is requested for a custom piece after work has started, only 50% of the purchase price will be refunded to cover materials and time.

If the buyer provided incorrect information for the text on the sign, we regret that we cannot refund or exchange the sign, but will work with you to find a solution. Knots and wood grain will vary from piece to piece. It simply shows the natural characteristics of the wood. These characteristics are not considered defects and we cannot undertake refunds for this reason.

If your piece has a manufacturer defect within 60 days of purchase, we will fix or replace the piece at Summit Wood Designs discretion.
