Shipping policy

Currently we require 10 business days (2 weeks) to create your order before shipping. All orders will be shipped via Canada Post or Purolator. International orders are also available and will be priced at the most affordable rate. Please note, that shipping will add additional time to your order after the 2 weeks required for manufacturing.

Summit Wood Design is not responsible for ANY shipping problems originating from the shipper once the product leaves our workshop.  This includes loss of  package or damage during shipping.

Summit Wood Design WILL however do our best to support our clients in rectifying any shipping problems originating due the shipper.  Please reach out to us directly so we can do our utmost to help!
